Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, Champlain Pkwy, #3, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: VR45

A little more snow came down in the Park than in the city which made for decent conditions on the Parkways. As previous postings mention, the grooming was probably not very helpful, although it definitely sped things up and made it feel like pretty normal skiing... where the track setting did not go through to the pavement.
Our attempt on Burma (a few tracks already) was scenic for sure, but not the greatest skiing: insufficient coverage of rock and gravel made for interesting acrobatics when a ski catches, and guaranteed shredding of your bases.
Overall an enjoyable ski nevertheless.
