Gatineau Park
Trails Skied: #50, #51, #55 (green - alternative), #55 (blue - alternative), Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:
P19 was overflowing when I got there, but Trail 55 was not especially busy. Trails were freshly groomed and in excellent shape overall. Tracks were deep in most places - only a few spots on Trail 51 between Trail 55 and P19 were shallow. Snow was firm but not icy. Perfect day for skiing.
Gatineau Park is ski paradise! The network of ski trails offer machine groomed skate skiing and classic skiing as well as little groomed backcountry trails. Multiple access points allow skiers to access a variety of terrain and scenery.
