Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #50, Glide Wax: Blue -3 to -7, Grip Wax:

SKATE: Fantastic conditions. The trail had been groomed recently and we were the first on it. There was more than enough snow to have excellent control on this fairly easy route. It was cold but in the woods with enough layers, this was not even a minor concern.

CLASSIC: Tracks were set solidly and deeply.

PARKING: There were a lot of cars in P19 and we were the first on the trail. These would have been for overnight campers. The lot was overflowing by 11AM. P17 was empty a bit before 8.
