Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Champlain Pkwy, #1, #1B, #2 (blue), #2 (from #40 to #1), #33, #40, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax: blue extra v40

about -10C when I left P12. Lots of bootprints in snow on 40 up to and along 2 (see pics). Wax worked reasonably well, but snow conditions were quite variable: hard on the north side of the ridge on 40 and 33, but somewhat softer, but still variable on the CP, Ridge Road and 14. P8 was overflowing as I was driving towards P12; P10 and P9 were full on my return trip. P12 however, was only half full. Lots of skate and classic skiers were out on Ridge Road and the CP; lighter traffic on the other trails I skied.
