Went for a quick skate ski at lunch. Unfortunately the conditions weren't as good as I expected based on my visit two days ago. The grooming was stale and the skate lane surface a bit hard (this may have been a good thing in view of the horde of high school kids on snowshoes running all over the ski trails...). It was still good to be out in the warm sunshine, and as I usually say it was "worth the drive" (but in this case the drive was 5 minutes...)
Let's hope for fresh grooming tomorrow!

The indoor facility will be open from mid December through early March (weather permitting), at the following times: 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.
