Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: #2 (from #40 to #1), #24, #33, #40, #1 (blue), Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Still skiable today my route was from P12=>#40=>#24=>#1=>Wolf bench=>#1=>#24=>#40=>#33=>#2=>P12. Many skiers out today enjoying a trip out to the Fire tower, many familiar faces, I opted to stop at the Wolf trail bench. The hill there is still skiable probably for a day or so, see pic #1.

Trail #40 still has good coverage except for the start and end, #24 only a few bare spots, #2 nothing showing yet, #33 is opening up at the hill above trail #40 see the second and third pic. The downhill part of #2 was still quite fast lots of fun. It did not get as warm as predicted today and there was a cloud cover, it was around !2 C when got back to the car at 3 pm.
