Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #14, #32, Glide Wax: , Grip Wax:

Short outing today, my route was from P10=>#32=>#14=>#1=>Keogan chalet=>Fortune parkway=>#32=>P10. Decided to visit a old friend today skied up trail #32 that runs up along Fortune parkway right to the shooting range area. I was the first one on the trail since today's fresh new snowfall. It is a good climb until you get to the lake then its downhill to the range.

On my way back on Fortune parkway, I decided to treat myself and go the downhill way on #32, so I cut in the trail at the end of the lake. It had been many years ago for me on this trail, I had forgotten that the trees are pretty close to the trail, but with the nice snow the descent was fun.

It started to snow heavily around 4 pm and still coming down when I left what a treat keep it coming!!!
