Gatineau Park

Trails Skied: Fortune Pkwy, #3, #1 (blue), Glide Wax: Vauti Blue, Grip Wax: Vauti Universal Klister

I think I hit the perfect time to ski today it was gorgeous and sunny! It was about 3 degrees when I was skiing so after burring my extra layers of clothes in the snow by Burma I continued my ski at the right temperature! I skied up Burma to Ridge Road. Then towards Western to trail 62 (hiking trail) and along trail 62 to the look out and then looped back around to Ridge Road. Finally to Champlain and back to P10. Ridge Road and Burma were recently groomed but had the new 2cm of snow on top which made skiing a bit slow. The parkways were in good shape they didn't look like the classic tracks had been set last night but the tracks were glazed and was much faster then on the side trails. Trail 62 as it is a hiking trail was well packed down but narrow and was like a bobsled run if you kept your skis in the walking rut it took you spinning around every corner (very fun!!!!)
